Upholding Integrity and Responsibility in the Gambling Industry
The Irish Bookmakers Association (IBA) is committed to promoting ethical, responsible behavior among all its members. The Member Code of Conduct outlines expectations for licensed gambling operators in Ireland, providing guidance on the latest customer protection measures, and adhering to legal, ethical, and industry standards.
Scope of the Code
This Code applies to all members of the IBA during their membership. It governs member behaviour and expectations while actively serving as part of the Association, as well as interactions with customers, staff, and the wider public.
Breaches of Code
Members who fail to comply with the Code of Conduct may be asked to resign from the IBA. Breaches of this Code, other IBA Codes, or relevant legislation may result in disciplinary action, including removal from the IBA Council.
