Webinar – Safer gambling in Ireland: Current and future perspectives

Friday 21 October, 10.00 – 11.00 local time / 11.00 – 12.00 CEST

Ireland’s gambling landscape is on the cusp of major legislative and regulatory change. The Government has made real progress in their efforts to modernise and introduce a new regulatory gambling framework. While work on the legislation continues, a key objective of the upcoming Gambling Regulation Bill will be to ensure there are sufficient safeguards in place to promote safer gambling and address problem gambling.

The Irish Bookmakers Association (IBA) and European Gaming and Betting Association (EGBA) invites you to join us on 21 October for a webinar to discuss the initiatives currently in place to promote safer gambling in Ireland, and the challenges and opportunities for the future gambling regulations. This webinar is organised as part of the European Safer Gambling Week 2022.
